Please don’t board our boat without:

Passport/ Drivers licence, Sunscreen, towel, swimwear (if diving), camera, hat or cap (we sell really cool ones) & a warm jacket. If you are prone to motion sickness… Hmm! No train smash… Just make sure you take a seasickness tablet the night before and again 2 hours prior to boarding the boat.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation of your trip must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to launch time. Should cancellation take place less than 18 hours prior to launch, a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged. In the event of the client not showing up at all for the trip a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable. In the unfortunate event of bad weather, clients will be informed and an alternative date will be suggested or a full refund will be given. Should the day out at sea be cut short due to unforeseen bad weather changes, no refund will be applicable. Sightings of White sharks are not guaranteed and no refunds are applicable in this case. However an alternative tour date can be set at a reduced rate. Due to variable weather conditions and shark activity, diving is not always possible and is therefore not guaranteed
